Michael is a seasoned finance leader with over thirteen years of experience in strategic finance, treasury, and financial planning across multiple sectors including audit, retail, banking, manufacturing, and fintech.

He has served in senior leadership roles such as Group Finance Manager at Golden Tintona Investment, overseeing financial operations across subsidiaries in Africa, Dubai, USA, and China. Prior to this, he was Manager – Finance & Treasury at GB Foods Africa, where he managed $150M+ in facilities and led ten parallel treasury projects across Africa and Dubai.

Michael also held the role of Treasury Manager at Promasidor Ghana Limited, overseeing finance operations across Ghana and several West African markets. Earlier in his career, he worked in diverse roles including Account Manager at Access Bank, Financial Advisor at Absa Bank, and Auditor at Ghana Audit Service.

He is skilled in financial reporting, budgeting, strategic planning, internal controls, and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.

Michael holds an MSc. in Economics from KNUST, an MBA in Finance from Wisconsin International University, a BBA in Accounting from Valley View University, and a Securities Industry Certificate from the Ghana Stock Exchange.
