Kweku has experiences across industries in both the private and public sectors in areas such as Advisory, Administration, Business Development Corporate Finance, Management Accounting, Internal Controls, Investment Management, Company setups, operations, sales as well as Project Financial Management in industries such as Real Estates, Hospitality, FMCG, Gaming, Trading, Health Service, private security, Insurance and Financial services.

He has played senior finance roles in institutions like the National Lottery Authority (NLA), A financial Services Group, An IT firm, Managing Director for Escort Security Services, Finance Manager for the iRisk Reinsurance and iRisk Insurance Brokers, and Director of Finance for the New Crystal Health Services among others

Kweku is a Lawyer and a Certified Chartered Accountant. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA-UK). A product of the University of Ghana Business School, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Banking and Finance Option). He also holds a qualifying certificate in law from the Ghana School of Law, an LLB Degree and a Master of Business Administration (MBA Finance) degree from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).

He has had a formal training in IT at the UK IT Training Ltd in Tolworth, Surrey, UK.
